Instructions for Authors of Regular Sessions and Poster Sessions
(The information in this page should be helpful and applicable to some of the authors of Special Sessions.)
(1) Please prepare the “final manuscript” of your paper, and upload it through your EDAS account page.
(2) Please make sure that at least one author of your paper completes the “registration” as the presenter and pay a non-refundable registration fee through the WPTCE2024 Registration System:

*The two actions (1) and (2) above must be completed no later than 18:00, March 10, 2024 (Hawaii time, or UTC-10), otherwise your paper will be excluded from the Final Program and the Conference Proceedings.
How to Prepare Final Manuscripts
(A) Update the manuscript
Please update your manuscript to the final version, which must be between 4 and 6 pages long. Also, please be sure to make the author information completely identical to that in the paper account page in EDAS.
In EDAS, please be sure to check whether the meta data of your paper in EDAS is identical to the information in your final manuscript PDF file. The meta data in EDAS will be used for the Final Program and the Conference Proceedings.
(B) PDF eXpress
You must have the final manuscript checked through “PDF eXpress” before you upload it into EDAS, so that it will become compatible with IEEE Xplore format. Please go to the following page, and login or create a new account using the Conference ID below:

Registration for Multiple Presentations
One registration includes presentation fees as follows:
a) one (1) presentation fee for a Regular Session or Poster Session, and/or
b) one (1) or more presentation fee(s) for Special Sessions with no maximum limit.
If you wish to give multiple presentations for Regular Sessions and/or Poster Sessions, you need to pay an additional fee of 20,000 JPY per presentation. You can pay for your additional presentation(s) in the Registration System.
