Information for Standard Exhibitors

Exhibition at the Main Venue (Hybrid Space):
The WPTCE2024 Exhibition will be held at “Hybrid Space” on the 2nd floor of “Obaku Plaza,” the conference main venue.
In the same room, the WPTCE2024 Welcome Reception and the Poster Sessions are scheduled to be held. Also, some coffee tables for session participants will be prepared in the same room as the Exhibition area.
The following is the schedule of the Exhibition.

18:00-19:30 WPTCE2024 Welcome Reception (The Reception will be held in the same room as the Exhibition area, and all the exhibitors are invited to attend the Reception without any extra fees.)

WPTCE2024 Exhibition

Packages should be delivered during the following hours:
May 7: from 8:30 to 18:00
May 8: from 8:30 to 18:00
May 9: from 8:30 to 18:00
May 10: from 8:30 to 16:30
May 11: from 8:30 to 12:00
* The Secretariat can receive the packages for you from 8:30 to 18:00 on May 7, and from 8:30 to 13:00 on May 8. Please note that the packages cannot be received on May 6 or earlier.
* If you wish to bring in your exhibition material directly to Hybrid Space in Obaku Plaza (the conference venue) using your company’s own car, please let us know beforehand by email before 13:00 April 18, 2022, Japan time (UTC+9). In that case, please let us know whether the car is a large vehicle (大型車両 in Japanese) or not.
*Regarding how to send the package back to your office, we will let you know at the conference venue.
* On your arrival at the conference venue, you will receive “Exhibitor’s Name Badges” as many as the number of the staff for your booth. The exhibitor’s badge will not allow you to enter the session rooms, but can be used to enter the exhibition area (Hybrid Space).
<IMPORTANT>
Demonstration should be by the following:
*The system must be a near-field WPT (Coupling-type WPT).
*The system must meet the standards outlined in the Radio Law in Japan.

Also, each exhibition booth at Obaku Plaza will come with a power outlet of 100V, 3A. Please consider the power limit of your exhibits if you are planning a demonstration even with a power less than 50W.
