WPTCE2024 Exhibition

A limited number of exhibition booths will be provided at the conference venue, Obaku Plaza, for three (3) days from May 9 to 11, 2024.
Exhibitor Types:
There are two (2) types of exhibitors; Standard Exhibitor and Advanced Exhibitor.
The only difference between them is that “Advanced” exhibitors will have an
opportunity to give WPT demonstrations at an anechoic chamber called “A-METLAB,” which is about 5 minutes away from Obaku Plaza, the main venue of the conference.
Other than this point, the specs for each exhibition booth are the same.
Standard Exhibitor : 220,000 JPY
- One (1) exhibition booth (1 table + 1 poster board + 2 chairs) at the WPTCE2024 Main Venue associated with the Welcome Reception, Poster Sessions, and coffee tables

- Company logo with internet link on the conference website
Advanced Exhibitor : 330,000 JPY
- One (1) exhibition booth (1 table + 1 poster board + 2 chairs) at the WPTCE2024 Main Venue associated with the Welcome Reception, Poster Sessions, and coffee tables
(Booth Image (pdf)) - Advertising in the electronic proceedings
- Company logo with internet link on the conference website
- WPT demonstration at an anechoic chamber (A-METLAB)
* Note: The exhibition fees above (for both “Standard” and “Advanced”) do not include “the registration fees” to enter the technical session rooms. In case you wish to attend the technical sessions, please register yourself for the conference other than applying for the exhibition.
Exhibition at the Main Venue:
The WPTCE2024 Exhibition will be held at “Hybrid Space” on the 2nd floor of “Obaku Plaza,” the conference main venue.
In the same room, the WPTCE2024 Welcome Reception and the Poster Sessions are scheduled to be held. Also, some coffee tables for session participants will be prepared in the same room as the Exhibition area.

18:00-19:30 WPTCE2024 Welcome Reception (The Reception will be held in the same room as the Exhibition area, and all the exhibitors are invited to attend the Reception without any extra fees.)

Each exhibition booth at Obaku Plaza will come with a power outlet of 100V, 3A.
Please consider the power limit of your exhibits if you are planning a demonstration even with a power less than 50W.
WPT Demonstrations at A-METLAB:
WPT demonstrations at an anechoic chamber will be held at “A-METLAB,” which is about five (5) minutes away from the main venue of this conference.

Time: 9:00-10:30 AM
Please note that power transmission demonstrations with power over 50W are restricted due to the legal restraints in Japan, except in shielded facilities like A-METLAB.
In case you wish to give a demonstration with a power exceeding 50W, please apply as an “Advanced” exhibitor.
Additionally, modulated signals and radiated power transmission are also welcome to apply as the “Advanced” exhibitors.
