Welcome Reception
The Welcome Reception is scheduled to be held at Hybrid Space (2nd floor of the conference venue) from 18:00 to 19:30 on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. All those who have registered for Technical Sessions (from May 9 to 11, 2024) are invited to this event without any additional fees. To participate in this event, you need to check “Yes” in the registration system no later than 13:00 April 4, 2024 (Japan time, or UTC+9).
Conference Banquet
The Conference Banquet is scheduled to be held at “HEIAN JINGU SHRINE Restaurant & Banquet Hall” on the evening of May 10, 2024. To participate in this event, you need to buy a banquet ticket (15,000 JPY per person, tax included) in the registration system no later than 13:00 April 4,, 2024 (Japan time, or UTC+9).
On May 10, 2024, the Technical Sessions will be over at 16:30 at the conference venue, and soon after this, free bus rides to the Banquet place will be provided for the banquet participants.
The Banquet place looks out the beautiful garden of Heian Jingu Shrine. The dinner will be held in a buffet style with some speeches and Japanese traditional Geisha dancers’ performance.
Also, there will be an award ceremony for the winners of the IEEE Global Student Wireless Power Competition (SWPC).
