To participate in this event, you need to check “Yes” in the registration system no later than 13:00 April 4, 2024 (Japan time, or UTC+9).

To participate in this event, you need to be wearing a name badge for “Technical Sessions,” so please check-in at the Registration Desk before you enter the Welcome Reception place.  We recommend you come to the Registration Desk around 17:00 on May 8, because we are expecting to have more than two hundred people attending this event, and there will be long lines for registration check-in.

Conference Banquet

The Conference Banquet is scheduled to be held at “HEIAN JINGU SHRINE Restaurant & Banquet Hall” on the evening of May 10, 2024. To participate in the Banquet, you need to be wearing a name badge with an indication of “Banquet” printed on the front.  The indication on the name badge is the proof that you have bought a banquet ticket.  Please note there is no actual “ticket” for banquet, but your name badge’s indication of “Banquet” will be regarded as the ticket. So please wear your name badge and show us the indication of “Banquet” on your name badge when you board the free bus and when you enter the Banquet venue.

On May 10, 2024, the Technical Sessions will be over at 16:30 at the conference venue, and soon after this, free bus rides to the Banquet place will be provided for the banquet participants. (*For details of free bus rides, please see here.)
